CONCESSION CASHIER I
(must be 18) BEVERAGE CARD REQUIRED. Previous cash handling and customer service experience required. Full time and part time shifts available.
COOK I AND II
(must be 21). At least 3-5 years experience in a commercial kitchen required. Full time and Part time positions available – day and swing shifts available.
COUNT TEAM LEAD I
(must be 21) GAMING LICENSE REQUIRED Must be flexible for shift availability. Part time position.
FINANCIAL ANALYST
(must be 21) GAMING LICENSE REQUIRED. This position is responsible for assisting management with controlling labor costs through scheduling efficiencies and labor analysis. Must have 3-5 years experience. Gaming Industry preferred. Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing are required. Must be proficient in all aspects of excel and be able to demonstrate those skills. Full time position.
FOOD SERVER
(must be 21) BEVERAGE CARD REQUIRED. Previous cash handling and customer service experience required. Part time shifts available.
FUN CENTER ATTENDANT
(must be 16) Full and part time positions available. Day and swing shifts available. Weekends may be required.
GUEST SERVICES AGENT I and II
(must be 21) GAMING CARD REQUIRED. Must have 2-4 years experience working with the public. LMS experience a plus. Computer and typing skills required along with a neat professional appearance. Part-time positions available.
GUEST SERVICE MANAGER
(must be 21) GAMING LICENSE & BEVERAGE CARD REQUIRED. Also known as Casino Shift Manager. Successful candidate must possess 3 -5 years gaming experience as well as operational experience with keno, slots, poker, and table games. Excellent oral communication skills are also required and the ability to work with a diverse group of guests, both external and internal is necessary. Must be flexible for shift availability. Full-time position.
MARKETING INTERN
(must be 21) GAMING LICENSE REQUIRED Part time position (non-paid).
SECURITY OFFICER
(must be 21) GAMING LICENSE & BEVERAGE CARD REQUIRED. At least 1-2 years security, casino surveillance, military or police background required. Part time positions for all shifts available.
SLOT FLOORPERSON I
(must be 21) GAMING LICENSE REQUIRED. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Slot Attendant. The successful candidate must have money handling experience as well as customer service skills. Casino gaming experience preferred. Part-time positions available for various shifts.
SLOT TECHNICIAN I
(must be 21) GAMING LICENSE REQUIRED. Minimum of 2 years experience working on slot machines. CAD skills a plus. Full-time position available.
SPECIAL EVENTS SALES MANAGER
(must be 21) GAMING LICENSE REQUIRED. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3-5 years experience in the Casino/ Hotel Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and coordinating city-wide events. Must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Boomtown customers and aggressively pursue business leads and contacts. A constant presence and positive relationship is required before, during, and especially after “the sale” to insure the group receives a quality experience, and that all expectations from the view of the customer and attendees are exceeded. Must possess a positive and outgoing sales and results-oriented personality, have the ability to act independently and quickly. Computer and typing skills are required along with a neat professional appearance.
SURVEILLANCE AGENT
(must be 21) GAMING LICENSE & BEVERAGE CARD REQUIRED. At least 1-2 years casino surveillance or casino security required. Part time positions for all shifts available.
TABLE GAMES DEALER
(must be 21) GAMING LICENSE REQUIRED. At least 2 years prior dealer experience (all games) a must. The successful candidate must also have good demonstrated math skills. Part time positions available.
