Provides Guest Safety and loss control of assets by monitoring all gaming and non-gaming casino and adjacent property functions, and by reporting all irregularities to the appropriate personnel, as established by procedures.
Maintains a video library of all property-wide activities for periods as prescribe by in-house procedures, and by State directives.
Coordinates with the Guest Safety department personnel to provide optimum video coverage of transaction, interactions that require coverage as established by procedures.
Notifies the Surveillance Manager of all information and significant observations concerning gaming and support areas of operations.
Promotes ongoing and effective communications with Surveillance Manager and team.
Ensures the confidential treatment of all relevant information.
Takes appropriate measures to promote the safety and courteous treatment of customers, guests and team members of the property.
Stay current with the Company and Departmental policies & procedures, and Nevada State Gaming regulations to maintain compliance.
Maintains camera placement, monitors camera coverage, and makes changes where appropriate to ensures optimal coverage of all activities.
Ensures accurate and though documentation and reporting of shift activities.
Works towards short and long–term departmental goals.
Maintains a positive work ethic and promotes a positive environment with team.
Answer emergency calls via telephone and communicate such calls with patrol units.
May be required to act as dispatcher for responding personnel under certain circumstances.
Other work-related duties may be assigned by Security Management.
Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain a Gaming Card.

Requirements
Ability to act independently while drawing conclusions from written, camera/video and computer-generated materials.
Ability to gather and interpret quantitative or qualitative data, make decisions based on the data and find solutions to special problems.
Operate a computer to access & input information using Excel, Word, and Windows) review and download video to a thumb drive, to perform job functions.
Visually monitor & record day to day operations, both interior and exterior, in areas throughout the casino/hotel.
Research and review disputes, locate tapes requested for investigations by other departments and observe special surveillance assignments.
Operate with phones, computers, DVR, NVR and other surveillance equipment, input/retrieve data and take pictures.
Stay constantly aware in order to detect equipment malfunctions or errors such as missing info.
Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality while performing all surveillance activities.
Assist Nevada Gaming Control Board Officers in investigation of gaming incidents.
Assist in arrests, maintaining and performing gaming audits and reports.
Maintain professional communication at all times for the ease of information sharing.
Assist all state & Local Police agencies in performing investigations that are related to our property.

The passionate and successful Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting all food items as called for on restaurant menus. The Director of Casino Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive revenue, increase casino visitation, enhance player loyalty, and support brand growth. This leadership role oversees promotions, special events, player development, database marketing, entertainment, and digital outreach, while ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory compliance. Along with working closely with the advertising, online marketing, social media and graphic design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and implement annual and long-term marketing strategies to increase gaming and non-gaming revenue.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
Lead and mentor the casino marketing team, including Player Development, VIP Services, Promotions, Special Events and Entertainment.
Collaborate with senior management to align marketing efforts with business objectives, financial targets, and guest service standards.
Player Development & Loyalty Programs
Oversee the Player Development team to implement strategies for acquiring, growing, and retaining high-value players.
Manage loyalty/rewards programs, including tier structure, reinvestment levels, offers, and promotions.
Review player data and analytics to optimize player reinvestment, incentives, and comp decisions.
Maintain strong relationships with VIP guests and ensure exceptional service standards are met.
Promotions & Events
Plan, approve, and execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual casino promotions, tournaments, drawings, and special events.
Coordinate with operations, banquets, entertainment and F&B departments to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor promotional ROI, participation, and guest feedback to improve future offerings.
Advertising, Branding, & Digital Marketing
Assist with brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms including print, digital, radio, TV, and social media.

· Develop and maintain business plan and marketing plan.
Develop and implement annual marketing plan unique for the two properties that supports and is supported by the overall brand strategy for the company and generates trial and builds long term relationships with guests.
Develop and manage the departmental budget, including advertising, promotions, player reinvestment including points, comps and Free play.
Track and report on marketing KPIs such as revenue growth, visitation, database performance, and program ROI.
Ensure all expenses align with financial goals and regulatory compliance.
Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all marketing activities, promotions, and giveaways comply with state gaming regulations and internal policies.
Coordinate with legal, compliance, surveillance, and IT teams when needed for approvals and audits.
